Time to learn all about the Summit Church. Get to know our Vision as a church and learn about our Beliefs. Check out the people who make it all happen-our Staff...and learn how we do Missions here at the Summit Church.
Pastor Rick has been pastor of the Summit Church since 2000. In addition to pastoring, he directs an international missions sending agency called Commission To Every Nation with missionaries around the globe.
Ken directs our marrieds and youth programs. He and his wife Lisa have four children (three daughters and one son). Interesting Fact: Ken can breakdance like a mad-man!
Lisa serves in the front office as administrator and helps to maintain the facilities. She also serves in married and youth ministries with her husband, Ken. She and Ken have 4 children and don’t have to work too hard at keeping busy.
Bonnie has served as a pastor’s wife, director of women’s ministries, para-church ministry director, conference speaker, Bible study teacher/facilitator, event organizer, worship team musician, and pastoral counselor.
Mike has tons of experience working with churches as a consultant to make them more inviting. He works closely with each of our ministries to make sure that everyone who experiences the Summit has a chance to plug right in.
Jennifer directs our missions and outreach, coordinating trips and local outreaches. She also leads our Missions Advocacy Team (MAT). The MAT selects and keeps up with the missionaries supported by The Summit Church serving around the world.
Jonathan graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi with his BBA in Marketing in 2006 and has worked at the Summit Church since then as worship leader and creative director.
Patricia and Alberto moved to Corpus Christi from Argentina (via Miami) and have been working with the Summit since 2007. With four children of their own, they have an intense love and passion for loving and training children at our KidZone.
Mike has been leading our Sunday evening and youth worship since August of 2008. He also plays drums on Sunday mornings. He's a great musician with a great heart to lead others into worship.
Hernán Ramírez
Spanish Ministries
Hernán was a medical doctor in Bucaramanga, Colombia, until he and his wife Maria-Ximena moved to the US in 2007 to head up our spanish ministries. They have two daughters in school. Hernán has a true pastor's heart and really loves people.
Cat has a Masters degree in counseling (and an LPCI) so she can provide pastoral care and counseling for those in our congregation who can use some. She has a huge heart for people to see them grow closer together and closer to God.
One husband, three human kids, two dogs, a cat, a fish and a frog keep Stacey's home life as wild as her work life. She seeks opportunities to introduce Jesus to children and help them grow in their faith.
